What you can do once you are signed in

• See what you owe, what each charge is for, and how to pay it.
• Ask for a repair to anything in the shared areas or on the outside of the buildings.
• Ask permission before changing the outside of your home.
• Follow a request you have already sent, and see where it has got to.
• Read notices from the board and the management office.
• Find a document — the rules, meeting minutes, the accounts, and printable forms.
• Talk to your neighbours in the community forums.

Who looks after the community

Canyon Creek Ridge is run by a board of three owners, elected by the other owners. VMS Management Services, Inc. handle the day-to-day work on the board’s behalf, and they are who to telephone about almost anything.

Everything here can also be done by telephone. If this site is awkward for you, or you would simply rather speak to a person, telephone 972-726-9000. The office would much rather take your call than have you go without.
