How do I register for the community portal?
Click “Register” at the top of any page and fill in your name, email, and unit number. You’ll receive a confirmation email — click the link inside to activate your account. If you have trouble, call VMS Management at 972-726-9000.
When are HOA dues due and how much are they?
Monthly assessments are $585 per month, due on the 1st. Payments received after the «X»th of the month may be subject to a late fee. You can view your current balance on the My Account page.
What payment methods are accepted?
Check: Mail to VMS Management Services, Inc., 18484 Preston Rd., PMB 192 Ste. 102, Dallas, TX 75252. Write your unit number on the memo line.
Online Bill Pay: Set up recurring payments through your bank’s bill-pay feature using the VMS mailing address above.
Make checks payable to Canyon Creek Ridge Condominiums HOA.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
Use the Maintenance Request form for common-area or building-exterior issues. For emergencies, call 972-726-9000 immediately.
Do I need approval before modifying my unit’s exterior?
Yes. All exterior changes require written approval from the Architectural Committee before work begins. Submit your request via the Architectural Review Form.
Where can I find Board meeting minutes?
Approved minutes are posted in the Document Library under “Board Meeting Minutes.”
How do I report a rule violation or concern?
Contact VMS Management at 972-726-9000 or use the contact form. All reports are handled confidentially.
Amenities
What amenities does Canyon Creek Ridge offer?
The community includes a swimming pool, a gazebo, and resident and guest parking. See the Amenities page for details.
What are the pool hours?
The pool is open seasonally, generally Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Hours are «e.g., 8 AM–10 PM daily». A valid pool key or access card is required.
Can I reserve the gazebo for a private event?

What are the parking rules?
Each unit is assigned «X» resident parking space(s). Guest parking is first-come, first-served. Unauthorized or inoperable vehicles are subject to towing. See the Community Rules for full details.
