Canyon Creek Ridge residents enjoy a community pool, a shaded gazebo, and convenient on-site parking. Below you’ll find hours, rules, and everything you need to make the most of what our community offers.

Swimming Pool

Cool off in our community pool — a favorite gathering spot all summer long.

Pool Season & Hours

  • Season: Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day
  • Daily Hours: «e.g., 8 AM – 10 PM»

Pool Access

A valid pool key or access card is required for entry. Contact VMS Management at 972-726-9000 to obtain or replace yours.

Pool Rules

  • Pool access is for residents and their authorized guests only
  • Maximum «X» guests per household
  • Children under «14» must be accompanied by an adult at all times
  • No glass containers anywhere in the pool area
  • No diving
  • Proper swim attire required
  • No lifeguard on duty — swim at your own risk
  • Report any pool maintenance issues immediately to VMS Management

Gazebo

Our shaded gazebo is the perfect spot for a morning coffee, an evening chat with neighbors, or a small get-together. «It is available on a first-come, first-served basis and does not require a reservation.»

Gazebo Guidelines

  • Leave the gazebo clean and free of trash after use
  • No open flames or grilling «unless a designated grill area exists»
  • Music and noise levels must respect quiet hours («10 PM – 8 AM»)
  • Residents are responsible for the behavior of their guests

Resident & Guest Parking

Canyon Creek Ridge provides both resident and guest parking. Please observe all posted signs and community rules.

Parking Rules

  • Each unit is assigned «X» resident parking space(s)
  • Guest parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Do not park in fire lanes, handicapped spaces (without a valid placard), or on the grass
  • Inoperable, unregistered, or abandoned vehicles are subject to towing at the owner’s expense
  • Oversized vehicles, boats, trailers, and RVs may not be stored on the property

General Amenity Policies

  • All amenities are for Canyon Creek Ridge residents and their accompanied guests
  • Residents are responsible for the conduct of their guests at all times
  • Report damage, safety hazards, or maintenance needs immediately
  • Follow all posted rules and hours of operation
  • Repeated violations may result in temporary loss of amenity privileges
