How to Make a Payment
Payment Methods
- Check: Mail to VMS Management Services, Inc., 18484 Preston Rd., PMB 192 Ste. 102, Dallas, TX 75252. Write your unit number on the memo line.
- Online Bill Pay: Set up recurring payments through your bank’s bill-pay service using the VMS mailing address above.
Make checks payable to: Canyon Creek Ridge Condominiums HOA
Payment Schedule
- Monthly HOA Assessment: $585 — due on the 1st of each month
- Utility Charges: Billed monthly when applicable; due within 30 days of the billing date
- Late Fees: A late fee may be assessed for payments received after the «X»th of the month, per the governing documents
