Board of Directors
Our three-member volunteer Board is elected by homeowners at the Annual Meeting. Board members serve without compensation and dedicate their time to guide the community’s finances, maintenance priorities, and long-term planning.

Committees
Committees extend the Board’s reach and give every homeowner a chance to contribute. Interested in joining? Reach out to the committee chair or attend a Board meeting to volunteer.
Architectural Committee
Reviews and approves all exterior modification requests to maintain a consistent, attractive community appearance. If you’re planning any changes visible from the outside of your unit, this committee is your first stop.
