Getting Started
- Register for the community portal — click “Register” at the top of any page and use your unit number during sign-up.
- Obtain your pool key / access card — contact VMS Management at 972-726-9000.
- Review the governing documents — CC&Rs, Bylaws, and Community Rules are in the Document Library.
- Set up your HOA payment — monthly assessments are $585, due on the 1st. See My Account for payment methods.
- Update your contact information — make sure VMS Management has your current phone number and email.

Quick Reminders for New Homeowners
- Exterior changes need approval — submit an Architectural Review Request before starting any work visible from outside your unit.
- Common-area issues? — Submit a Maintenance Request or call VMS for emergencies.
- Stay connected — join the community forums, check the bulletin board, and attend Board meetings.
- Quiet hours — please be considerate of neighbors, especially during «10 PM – 8 AM».
- Parking — familiarize yourself with assigned and guest parking areas. See Amenities for details.
